Mohammed Asraf, a Pakistani Terrorist was arrested from East Delhi’s Laxmi Nagar. The landlord of the house Uzaib said that he lived in their house as a tenant for nearly 6 months and his father helped Asraf to prepare his Adhaar card for documentation. But, for the last six months, they were not in touch with him. He also offers his help to the police and assures them to cooperate in the investigation whenever it will be needed.

Covaxin approved for emergency use in 2–18-year-olds

Covaxin has been approved for emergency use by the Covid-19 Subject Expert Committee for children between 2-18 years old. Bharat Biotech’s Covaxin has completed its Phase-2 and Phase-3 trials by Hyderabad-based Bharat Biotech in the months of September and the report was submitted to the Drugs and Comptroller General of India (DCGI) in October 2021. The AIIMS professors said that the safety and immunogenicity of this vaccine is almost the same in children between 2-18 years as it is in adults above 18-years of age.

Powerful Dark Energy Camera Discovered Fastest Orbiting Asteroid

Astronomers who were sent to space by Chile recently have discovered an asteroid with the shortest orbital period of any known asteroid in the Solar System by using a powerful 570-megapixel Dark Energy Camera (DECam). The diameter of the asteroid is around 1 kilometre and the orbit in which it rotates is as close as 20 million kilometers from the Sun every 113 days. Astronomers named it Asteroid 2021 PH27 and it has been discovered in images acquired during twilight.

Germany Launched First Self-Driving Train of the World

On October 11, Germany’s Deutsche Bahn and Siemens, rail operator and industrial group have launched the first automated and driverless train of the world. The train was launched in Hamburg and is more energy efficient and punctual as compared to other traditional trains. Germany will add four such trains to its rail network of northern city. However, some cities like Paris have driverless metros and airports that have automated monorail trains plying terminals which run on exclusive single tracks. On the other hand the driverless train of Germany will share tracks with other regular trains.
