World Bank Says, Indian Economy will Grow at 8.3% in 2021
On Tuesday, the World Bank projected India’s economy to grow at 8.3 per cent in 2021. The World Bank also projected 7.5 per cent in 2022, even as its recovery is being hampered by an unprecedented second wave of the COVID-19. This outbreak of second wave is the largest outbreak in the world since the beginning of the deadly pandemic.

Rajasthan CM Approves the Proposal to Upgrade 5,000 Posts of Instructors
Rajasthan Chief Minister has approved the proposal to upgrade 5000 posts of Instructor (Level-10) to Instructor (Level-11). There is a provision to fill the post of senior instructor by promotion under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Prabodhak Service Rules-2008. But not a single post of senior instructor has been created so far and as a result of this, no instructor has got the opportunity of promotion. So, now all the 24 thousand 829 instructors working at present have already been approved ACP Level-11. Moreover, all of them are getting the pay scale of a senior instructor.

In UAE, MS Dhoni Inaugurates his First Global Cricket Academy
On Saturday, two-time World Cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni inaugurated his first global cricket academy in the bustling metropolis. This academy is jointly launched by Dubai-based Pacific Sports Club and Aarka Sports Club. It has been in operation for a couple of months at the Springdale School in Al Quoz. The academy named MS Dhoni Cricket Academy (MSDCA) will have coaches from India to train the wards.
Cricketer Suresh Raina Released his Autobiography ‘Believe’
Suresh Raina, former Indian batsman has released his autobiography named ‘Believe – What Life and Cricket Taught Me’. This book is co-authored by Bharat Sundaresan. In this book Suresh Raina narrated his journey for India and the golden word (Believe) from Sachin Tendulkar that he etched on his arm as a tattoo. The presented book shared a glimpse of his cricket career which included success, failure, injuries, setbacks, and how he came out on top of it. China is Set to Launch its First Crew to New Space Station
On Thursday, astronauts are ready for China’s first crewed mission to its new space station that will have a choice of 120 different types of food and space treadmills for exercise. The mission is going to be China’s longest crewed space mission to date and the first in nearly five years. The astronauts will spend three months on the Tiangong station, which has separate living modules for each of them and allow video calls with ground control.
No Longer Requiring Masks Indoors are Required: Israel
Israel has lifted one of its last coronavirus restrictions of wearing masks following a highly successful vaccination campaign. On Tuesday, this restriction was lifted, though people will still be required to wear masks on airplanes and on their way to quarantine. But unvaccinated individuals have to wear masks in nursing homes and in other long-term health facilities.
