Return Policy

It is our constant endeavour that our customers be completely happy with each and every product bought from schoolmegamart.com. If you're not completely satisfied with something you've bought on our website, simply get it replaced within 10 days from the date of delivery.

At schoolmegamart.com we take every precaution to ensure proper packing and shipping of your orders so that you can buy products online in a hassle-free manner. Despite this, if something is amiss with the item shipped by schoolmegamart.com, we ensure a prompt return and/or replacement against your purchase.

If your order was placed online, you can return item(s) back to us by emailing to us at support@schoolmegamart.com . For exchange, use the replacement information mentioned on your order receipt.

1. Items should be in their original, unused condition.
2. Items should be ideally in their original packaging.
3. Items should be returned within a period of 10 days from the date of delivery.

How to return an item (Books / Uniform / Stationery / Others) through online method

It’s a simple and easy process. Just go to your Support page and make a request for Replacement Or Mail us at Email: support@schoolmegamart.com
Do Mention the Following things in the Mail:
1) Order number
2) product Details, Qty. and Price of the Order
3) Reason for requesting Replacement
We would send a Replacement memo to the vendor and same can be replaced through the vendor shop / school.

Question: Within what duration of time can I return the product (Books / Uniform / Stationery / Others) purchased?

Answer: You can initiate the replacement process within 10 days of the delivery of the product.

Question: Can I cancel my order, after making payments?

Answer: Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before the order is despatched for delivery to your shipment address.

Question: Can I return an item, ordered after purchasing, due to change of mind?

Answer: Yes, you can return the item until the item has been despatched for delivery. Once the item is despatched for delivery from the warehouse, the standard replacement policy will be followed. However, it is worth noting that once an order is out for delivery it will no longer be eligible for refund.

Question: What about the difference in the exchange amount?

Answer: Customer needs to pay the excess amount in case the amount is different from (more than) the original purchase amount.


We'll make the refund to the card/account that was used to pay for the original order.
Normally refund happens within 7 days of cancellation of order. In case it is delayed, enquiries can be made about it through our support team.
