The Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission To be launched Today

Indian Prime Minister, on September 27 will launch the Pradhan Mantri Digital Health Mission (PM-DHM) through video conferencing. However, PM-DHM is being implemented in the pilot phase across six Union Territories. The Central Government released a notice in which it is stated that this PM-DHM will create a seamless online platform. This could be possible through the provision of a wide range of data, interoperable, information and infrastructure services with security and privacy of health-related personal information. It will also include an ID for every citizen and it will work as their health account.

Cyclone Gulab to weaken into Deep Depression in Next 6 hrs

The Meteorological Department (IMD) of India issued an alert for Cyclone Gulab in the area of Andra Pradesh and Odisha. According to the IMD, Cyclone Gulab has expected to start the landfall process from Sunday evening and it was predicted that the Cyclone Gulab is 180km east-southeast of Gopalpur in Odisha and 240km east-northeast of Andhra Pradesh’s Kalingapatnan. The district authorities have started their tasks of evacuating people living under the red zone area. The Cyclone Gulab, over Andhra Pradesh, was weakened into a deep depression at 2:30 am on 27 October. It is now moving west-northwestwards and might get weaker into a depression within the next 6 hours.

Olaf Scholz beated outgoing Chancellor Angela Merkel’s center-right Union bloc with a close margin. Despite getting it’s worst-ever result in a federal contest, the Social Democrats said it too would reach out to smaller parties to form a government. Today i.e. on 27 September Google is celebrating its birthday. To mark this occasion, the search engine uploaded a doodle of its 23rd birthday on its homepage. The animated doodle has a picture of a cake with ‘23’ written on top of it. With the cake, a birthday candle substituting for ‘L’ in ‘Google’ is also in the picture. However, Google Company was founded in 1997 but it was officially established on September 27, 1998. The company is co-founded by Sergey Brin and Larry Page. Google is one of the widely used search engines and its current CEO is Sundar Pichai.
