Return Policy

A ‘Return Request’ can only be raised if the product(s) received is defective/damaged or the product is not as described.

The ‘Return Request’ can be made for the above-mentioned cases within 2 days of order delivery.

If we deliver a wrong product or the delivered product does not coincide with its description on schoolmegamart.com, you can directly get in touch with us or raise a replacement request.

You can also raise a ‘Refund Request’. To avoid any hassle in returning the order, we advise you to ensure that the product is properly packed and sealed and there is no physical damage to the carton/packaging at the time of delivery.

In case if you find the package/carton to not be in the right condition at the time of delivery, please get in touch with us immediately.

A ‘Replacement Request’ can be made by getting in touch with us via the ‘Contact Us’ form.

Once your replacement request is received, it will go through our standard operating procedure for replacement, and refund/replacement shall be initiated accordingly only for genuine requests.

Products that have already been used/assembled/altered are not eligible for replacement.

Digital products, combos, freebies, set items, etc. are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.

Please understand that all products returned must be unused and in their original condition, with tags and packaging unaltered.

Replacement requests can only be initiated for the products that are still in stock.

A refund of the ‘already paid’ amount may be requested if the product becomes out of stock at the time of filing the request.

In certain cases, refund/replacement may not be possible.

For instance:

  • refund/replacement request made after the stipulated time frame,
  • alterations in the courier package; freebies/gifts missing,
  • product not in the same condition as it was at the time of packaging/delivery,
  • any expandable item already consumed/installed,
  • item(s) missing; including tags, serial number, bill, courier receipt, etc.

School Megamart withholds the right to refuse a refund request if any evidence of tampering, fraud, refund abuse, or other such manipulative misconduct is revealed. Such a scenario entitles us to lay claim or take adequate legal action against you.

The shipping charges for the return/replacement must be borne by the customer; any amount spent will be refunded to the customer in the form of cashback/coupons.

Cancellation Policy

An order can be cancelled anytime before the product is dispatched by us. A full refund will be initiated in this scenario.

If the order is already shipped/in transit, you can still contact us to find out whether cancellation is possible or not. However, in this case, the cancellation may not be guaranteed.

An order cannot be cancelled if it has already been delivered to the address you have mentioned or has already been received by you.

When an order cancellation request is accepted, it will take 2-3 business days for it to be processed and the refund to be initiated. We will notify you once the refund is initiated.

Once we initiate the refund from our end, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the bank to process the refund.

In case of delays in refund, after the refund confirmation from School Megamart, please get in touch with your bank.

If you order turns out to be damaged or defective at the time of delivery, replacements can be made within 2 days of delivery at no extra cost.
